Moment of Joy
Andersen Hiroshima is famous for its original bread made with Danish baking techniques. The Hiroshima Sour Bread, which can only be bought at Hiroshima Andersen, is a long-selling product with many fans. It is made from sourdough produced with probiotics derived from Japanese sake from the city of Saijo, Hiroshima. The word “HIROSHIMA” is engraved on the surface of the bread. There are also various other condiments to go with the bread, such as jam made with Hiroshima apples and fermented butter made with probiotics from Denmark.
