Moment of Joy
The Okuda Genso Sayume Museum was designed so that the moon can be seen from the lobby of the museum, respecting the world view of Okuda Genso, who painted many Japanese paintings with the moon as a motif. This makes it possible to take beautiful pictures at night, where the moon seems to be floating on a surface of the water in the lobby. On full moon nights, many visitors enjoy photographing and viewing the moon.
